Supported workflow task matrix for different viewers

Dear LG,

I have been trying to replicate some functionality and workflows that we have in a Silverlight site within the HTML5 viewer.

It looks like some of the workflow tasks are not implemented in the HTML5 viewer.

Can you provide a table showing which tasks are implemented in which viewer (and update it whenever you release a new viewer)?

  Hi Simon,

  All of the client activities listed in Workflow Designer under "Common Client" are supported.

  The following "Common Viewer" activities are supported:

  • Configure Workflow Container
  • Run External Command
  • Select Features

  The following activities are not supported:

  • Collect External Event Args
  • Listen For External Event
  • Display Capture Geometry

  By version 1.1, all activities will be fully supported.

  Thanks Jason,

  If I do RunExternalCommand, it looks like none of the previous things I could put in there within the Silverlight Viewer (e.g. GlobalSearch) work.  Is there a list of external commands for the HTML viewer?

  Yes, there is a list of commands in the SDK Samples under the "reference" tab.
