NumberOfSiteBackupFiles

We set the NumberOfSiteBackupFiles to 2, but we don't see any backup files being created.

<add key="NumberOfSiteBackupFiles" value="2" />

 Is there more to this?  Where would the backup files be located?

We are using Geocortex 3.8
