the print job failed to complete

ok so what am I missing.

I imported the 11x17 landscape print template from one of the sample sites ( so I know they work),the only change was the paper size to "D"size and save as "large format print". In Report Designer: Report>PrintWidth is 16.5, and Detail>Layout>height is 10.5 and Settings>Printer Settings>paper size is "D size sheet" Orientation is Landscape and printer default for the other settings.

 

In Essentials Manager I added the print template and enabled Print Jobs; the tile size is defaulted to 1024, 2 workers and a time to live is 168. Email settings are NOT enabled.

 

when I try to print from the website, the Print status after I open the file is "the print job failed to complete." After checking the forums, I found the logs and the error message is "margin too large" (but I never get this error on the website).

Can anyone help me fix the problem and get a large format print to work.
