coded domains for fields in tables

We want to make a picklist of the coded domains for the values in the certain fields.  Is there an easy way to obtain the domain list,  If we obtain the domain list, can we select by coded domain value?

  Jeff, 

  this is a MASSIVE one for us all I think. It's come up already this year in a previous posting or two, and I'd love to know that LG's plans are to incorporate a simple process of reading in domains into the workflow forms. At present I'm replicating manually - as are others, into the combo/list box items... far from ideal IMHO.

  I'm yet to encounter the need in workflows but its only a matter of time.  Its this sort of base functionality that i expect to be covered in core geocortex functionality & if it gets left out then we end up with a 98% solution.

  Jeff - if you can have the glory of adding as a product enhancement I'll add my support for it.

  Right now I have two things to try:

  1. run domain to table and publish the domain table in an mxd and arcserver

  2. get "pretty json"  return from the rest site and parse the domains out  with read or string functions-- sounds ugly....

  3. whine until I get what I want! -- ha! ha!
