Upgrade to 10.1 unable to access sites

Hi, I've just upgraded to ArcGIS server 10.1.  Everything with the install seems ok.  But now my Geocortex sites won't load.  I'm able to browse to the sites directory (http://arcgis/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites) but when I try to open a site it crashes?  Any ideas?

Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.

  Hi Dan,

  In order to print picture marker symbols, the Essentials app pool must have access to some WPF native calls (so it can draw pictures).  Consequently, we have the "load user profile" attribute set to "true" for the Essentials app pools.

  You should be able to set this value to "false" on the EssentialsAdminAppPool - it doesn't necessarily have to draw pictures and thus should be OK without the user profile.
