Error Editing Layers

I am trying to edit the properties of 3 layers in my application.  They is a point, a line and a polygon layer.  They all join to the same 2 tables in sql databasem.  The layers themselves work fine in the app, but when I try to edit them, i get the error "An item with the same key has already been added."

 

All I'm trying to do is add a link users can use to get more info on the features.  But I cannot get access to any of the layer properties.
