Summing up Values in a FeatureSet

I have a polyline layer in my mapservice that I created a FeatureSet out of using the QueryTask in my workflow and am wondering how can I total up the shape_length in this featureset and output the value to an Alert (just to get me started).  How can I do this?

  I was able to figure this out using a ParrallelForEach<graphic>
