Print Map Activity not accepting Output Format
I can not get the Print Map Activity to accept any Output Formats. No matter what I do the activity wants to return a Pdf. If I disable the Pdf format on the print template I get the following workflow error.
Workflow error: Error running activity: Error printing map 'Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. outputFormat parameter invalid. The value 'Pdf' is not supported.'
With Debug on I can verify that the correct value (such as "Png" ) is being passed in. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Marcus,
What viewer are you using to run your workflow? The output format for the PrintMap Activity is not recognized in the HTML5 1.1 viewer, but we've fixed it here and it will be properly recognized in the 1.2 viewer.
If you're using the Silverlight viewer, can you tell us which version?

I've run into a similar problem, I can get "PDF" to work but can't when "Jpeg" or "JPEG" is passed runing a workflow with HTML5 v1.2 viewer and GE 3.12. Can you confirm if this was or wasn't fixed in the v1.2 release.

Hi Mark,
I confirm that the issue was fixed for the 1.2 viewer. However, if your print template does not advertise JPEG as a supported format, then the Javascript API will default to PDF.

Thanks Malcolm. I'd previously set the output format on the print template to allow for PDF and Jpeg but I had my workflow slightly wrong as it was passing "Jpeg" instead of just Jpeg. It's all working now.
