Hi to all

In the latest road ahead video, http://support.geocortex.com/geocortex-solutions-for-arcgis-server-current-status-and-the-road-ahead (9-Oct-2012) it mentions an upcoming tool in the SL Viewer to label a feature by a user specified field. (Hopefully this will be able to be used for selected features as compared to one feature at a time)

I effectively want to do something similar within a workflow:

• select features,
• potentially prompt the user as to what labelling field (or label string) to use
• or use a field configured in the workflow itself
• use the RunExternalCommand activity and use a variant of the AddTextMarkup command

Unfortunately AddTextMarkup prompts the user as to what text to place in the markup.

Does anyone know if there is a MarkupCommand that will add text at a geometry that does not prompt the user? (that isn't in the Geocortex Viewer for Silverlight 1.6 due to accidental omission or otherwise)

  Is there any additional information posted for this External Command yet? Such as if I want to display mark up text would it be along the lines of featureset.features.attributes("FIELDNAME"). I've tried this and variations of this... and it doesn't seem to be returning anything. Any extra posts on the matter would be helpful! Thanks!
