Create a URL in Essentials

I am new to the Essentials workflow manager.

I would like to utilize the location of a feature placed on the map by a user in an edit workflow, and create a URL link using this locations centroid. The URL will then be place in the body of a workflow email. The recipient of the email should be able to click on the link in the email body, launching the GeoCortex web interface and zoom to that location.

Generic Workflow:

Within Essentials: (This general concept of this workflow is currently working, however I would like to generate a URL to link back to the feature of interest)

1. Customer calls with issue

2. Call taker captures issues location and associated info

3. Email is auto generated by the Workflow (This is where I would like to insert a URL to link back to the feature)

4. Email is sent to staff member to rectify the callers issue

5. Staff opens the email, clicks on the link and is able to see the location of the issue on the GeoCortex map.
