Access interface to dynamic workspace data

Rev 10.1 of arc server now supports configuration of a dynamic workspace and access to the contents.  unfortunately, you need to program an interface to use it.  I think its a good suggestion to enable this capability in Geocortex essentials.  That would allow dynamic access to gis data.  that is something the BLM could really use.
