Map not displaying on mobile devices

My HTML 1.1 site has suddenly stopped working on mobile devices.  I can do a search, or open the layer tab, but no services will display.  They still work fine on the desktop.  It was working fine just a couple of days ago...

  Seems that my initial extent went wonkers on mobile devices...  Can someone tell me what controls the initial extent, and why is it working correctly on the desktop, but not on mobile divices?

  So, this is being caused by a new cached aerial that I added - turns out I did not give the proper connection setting.
