Call snipping tool through workflow or toolbar?

Hi, 

I am wondering if there is a way to call the snipping tool (Windows 7) within the silverlight map viewer. The idea would be to just have a button within one of the toolbar tabs, to make it slightly quicker to get this functionality, rather than having to click the start button --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Snipping tool.
