Text graphics formatting

Add formatting options to text redlining symbology. Either text halo or text box or similar. When it comes to printing a map or exporting a screenshot, what most users want is a basic map, the ability to highlight a feature and the ability to label the feature on interest. Geocortex does all of this pretty well, but the labeling is lacking. It is generally hard to read text on top of a aerial map or a busy vector basemap, even with different color options. So what is needed is a halo or callout box style for text. Thanks.
