HTML5 1.1 Viewer not displaying in Samsung Galaxy S3

I am not able to see any HTML5 1.1 viewers on a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. I can see the viewers on ASUS Transformer tablets and iPhone 5's but not the Samsung. I have read through threads with similar issues and tested the fixes but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated! Thanks.

  Hi Brad,

  Is there any more info you can give us about what's happening? Are you getting a white screen, or are there any visible errors?

  Is your Site publicly accessible? If so, I can take a look at it on an S3 and attempt to diagnose the issue.

  Jason -

  I am getting a white screen with the default S3 internet application and no error messages show up. I have installed Firefox and Chrome and have the app loading in those browsers. I am working on a dev site and it is not publicly available.
