Query tools- keyboard navigation improvements

One of our users had an idea for a couple minor enhancments to the Query Tools.

1. Is it possible to hit <Enter> from the keyboard to run the query (assuming that window is on focus)?

2. It looks like it's possible to some degree to tab through forms, although it's easy to get lost.  If tabbing is supported, it would be nice if the active control would have a highlight or border so a user would know where they are.

Any thoughts?
