Date Picker Optional

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the Date Picker in workflow show no date if no date is necessary in the form that all of the user input information will eventually be passed to?

  I just asked Latitude that, and the answer is no, the date picker has to always display a date. They have filed an improvement request.

   

  Have you worked around this problem successfully?

  I just ended up putting in a text box for them to type the date in.

  Guys,

  Do you still have this problem or is it resolved in new versions? Can we have blank date field?

  My version of Workflow Designer says 2.22.0.370 (not sure if this is the latest or not) and it will not let me have a blank date.  It still puts the current date in the field if you don't set an initial date in the form.

  Thanks Sara,

  So it means, the only way is still using textbox for date as you used before.
