Combo Box Issues?

Hey Everyone!

Ok, So I have created a pretty simple workflow with three cascading combo boxes to preform a parcel search. I am having issues with my second combo box creating records that either do not exist (from combo box one) and/or not populating the same results everytime?

The first and third combo boxes seem to be producing the correct results each time? I am stuck... Thank in advance for any help!!

  Hi Jacqueline,

  Double check that your second combo box’s Cascading ID field has the correct ID for the first combo box in the series. It is easy to miss.

  Hi Jacqueline,

  If you think the where clause is the issue, you can try navigating directly to rest end point (the same one you've entered for the Task URL) and try querying there using the same parameters. For an easier read you can set "Return Count Only" to True which will return the number of records it is trying to add to the combobox. 

  A number of 0 means that the combobox will be blank while a large number could potentially not render at all.

  Matt,

  Thanks for the advice. I went through and double checked the rest services. The were clause functions fine at that point and good tip about the "return count only" it makes testing much quicker. I am stumped by this one and getting ready to put in a call to latitudes.
