Some map layers not printing

Hi,

 

We have a site that has 4 base layers and 2 of them are not showing up in PDF prints or image exports. The other two base layers print and export successfully. Each of these layers comes from its own map service.

The problem is independent of report template, resolution or zoom scale.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

  Sorry, forgot to mention our software versions:

  Arcgis 10.0

  Geocortex Essentials 3.12.0

  Silverlight Viewer 1.9

  Hi,

  It turned out we just needed to restart the map services that did not print.
