Running workflows from hyperlink in HTML 5 viewer

I am designing workflows for our sites and need to launch workflows from feature description so that it have access to the id of the feature when the workflow beings.  In the Silverlight viewer I have no problems getting the following hyperlink to work.

but in the HTML 5 viewer for that same site it does not work. 

 

If someone has a working example for the running workflows from feature description that I can take a look at the hyperlink would be a big help, if you see something that need to be changed in my hyperlink, or need more information to understand my problem let me know.
