relationship with data link

I would like to create a data link on a relationship field. We have address points within each parcel- some parcels have multiple address points, each with a seperate assessment record. When a user selects the parcel, they should also select the address points contained in that parcel. In addition I would like the assessment record for each address point to also display. I was able to create the relationship class between the parcels and the address points, so the first half of that selection works, however I am unable to discover how to get the data link to the assessment records to display. Anyone have this scenario in their deployment in any way?

  What we did was create separate folders for each roll number or unique identifier and put in assessment information and service sheets for that particular parcel. Using feature hyperlinks we input the file path followed by the unique field. So it looks something like this:

   

  http://yourserver/sharedata/servicesheets/{UniqueNum}.pdf
