    Hello Jamal,

We've done some testing using an AutoComplete and executed a Query Task using Unicode characters and were able to select results.

Could you provide more information about your workflow and attach the error log that appears in the Silverlight Viewer?

    Thanks,

    Stefan

Thank you very much Stefan for the help,

I’m including the link for sample data from our parcels along with the workflow which is supposed to search these parcels based on Parcel ID, Block ID and Community name.

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/7zbva6nykgy5j4v/Sample.zip

At the level of ArcGIS, the system recognizes Arabic font and could found a parcel with

    Parcel ID=54

    Block ID=10

    Community Name = ?????

    /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e88FjEAI

In the Geocortex, when the “community name” field points to values in Arabic then the workflow fails to find the target parcel.

What might be the issue here?

I've added your testing service and was able to return results and select them. Could you copy and paste your workflow's XAML; there may be an issue somewhere in the workflow. Also, what environment are you currently using? (Operating system, versions of Essentials and Viewer for Silverlight, .NET Framework version)

    Thanks, Stefan

    Many thanks Steffen,

I got an online help from an expert and he could manage to fix the issue. The workflowcan be accessed from the link below where Arabic fonts can be searched
