Geometry service changed after upgrade to 3.15

Did anyone else notice that their Geometry Service set on their site(s) changed after the upgrade?  Mine changed to something totally different - it would have never worked with this setting before - so I know I never entered it this way.

As a result, no measurements were working, identify with buffer didn't work etc in the Silverlight Viewer.  I had [ERROR] appear in the measurement.

I also have ProjectTasks in workflows not working, I will check to see if that was the problem.  If not, there may be a posting on Workflows about the ProjectTask failing!
