Attribute Table Hyperlink

We are publishing a related table similar to ESRI's attachment table with a 1 to many relationship. We want the "URL" field in the attribute table to show up as a hyperlink in the HTML5 viewer that we can click to open the attachment. We are showing the attribute table by using the info function in the viewer. The urls show up as hyperlinks in the Silverlight viewer but just as text in the HTML5 viewer. Is there a way to accomplish this? Is this functionality available in the html viewer? We are using both the Silverlight viewer and Html5 viewer in our site and want them to function and look as similar as possible.

  This is relevant to us as well (in the HTML5 viewer).
