Report Designer - preview after adding a script

When I add a script to my reports I am unable to preview them.  I always get, "Please fix the errors in the code and rebuild the project.  Error Message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."  The report and the code does actually work when initialized from the viewer, just not the preview.

Two solutions:  fix Report Designer so that it ignores these "errors" or add an "Insert Comment" button to at least let me comment out my code selection prior to previewing instead of commenting out lines one at a time or cutting out the text.
