Map Layer List
Hi,
I created a site with 9 dynamic map services. I have no problem displaying/seeing the map layer list in Silverlight 1.10.1 but when displaying/viewing the map layer list in HTML5, none of the layers are listed, basically seeing a blank display list.
I checked all the other sites I created with less than 9 dynamic map services and they are all ok, displaying the layer list as expected.
Could it be that I am over the maximum number of dynamic services allowed in a single site? Has anyone experienced the same? What was the fix?
It's driving me nuts what's causing the problem.

Hi Edgardo,
Are there any errors in your browsers console? Do you have a publicly accessible viewer I could take a peek at?

I'm having a couple of similar issues...
1. There is a difference in the layer list between the 1.10 SLV viewer and 1.3 HTML5 viewer. My basemap is at the bottom of the layer list in GTX manager, and subsequently in the SLV viewer. Now, once I open in the HTML5 viewer, the basemap is pushed up above two dynamic layers. The GTX manager says the basemap should remain at the bottom.
2. In the HTML5 viewer, the basemap now won't draw. All of the other layers draw in the HTML5 viewer (one being image service, one as cached image labels, others are dynamic), and the SLV viewer produces exactly what I expected based on the GTX manager configuration.
To what can we attribute this inconsistency in how the layers are drawn in both order and visibility? Only one interface for managing layers, and two separate outcomes.
I've cleared my browser cache many, many times and see this in FF, Chrome and IE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Cheers,
-Ben

Hi Benjamin,
There are discrepancies in the way Esri's APIs handle layer ordering between SL and JavaScript/HTML, which may be causing or partially causing this issue. We'll look into this.
You say the basemap no longer draws. Do you know what change caused it to stop?
