disable allow identify operations

Is there a way to disable all identify operations for an intire base map or layer group, rather than have to go through every feature and unselect the allow identify operations toggle?

  I don't think there's a way to do it in Rest Mgr, but if you have a lot of layers in the layer group, you could use a text editor to edit the xml and use a Replace All. I've done this by opening the Site.xml, copying and pasting the map service into a blank document, then doing a replace all from Identifiable="true" to identifiable="false" . Then I paste the map service back into the Site.xml.

  I use a blank text document to isolate the single map service I want to change so the replace all doesn't change the parameter for all map services in my site.
