Add Hyperlinks in Related Table

I have a feature class in a map service that has a related table (one location has many related records). The related table has a column that has the name of the image and I want to know how I can hyperlink to this field.

I would also like to be able to create a feture report that embeds this image along with the other attributes from the related table.
