Return Values instead of Keys in Display Form?

I have three list boxes in my form. The third one populates based on the two list boxes above it. My where clause returns the keys in the Display Field, not the Values. Is there a way to accomplish showing the Values? I don't think I can use Runtime Methods because my  third listbox is depenedent on the values selected from the other list boxes.

Ideas?
