A paper size is set to be A2. When printing from the Geocortex, the printed files doen’t cover the entire A2 paper size

Check your report dimensions. The width is in Report > Print Width attribute and the height is under Report > Detail > Height attribute. I tend to do the opposite and cut off my maps before realizing that I didn't set the page size.

I followed the valuable hints you have already provided but sounds not to work. For example, I wanted to have A2 size (59x42) but the printed paper doesn’t cover the entire paper size.

Hi Jamal,
Changing the paper size in the report designer only changes the dimensions of the generated PDFs.
The report elements retain their configured sizes and locations.
You will have to adjust the size and position of all the elements to fill the entire template.

Correct. I needed to adjust map elements to fit the A2 size.

The issue now that there is no zoom out less than 100%. This makes it difficult to better control moving\adjusting map elements.
