Security: deleting all roles,

I couldn’t figure out how all the roles can be deleted. In the screenshots below, the roles shown in the dropdown menu are different from those in the list available in the “users and roles” dialogue box.

What might be the issue here?

  Do all of the roles have allow or deny permissions?

  This is something that would probably be easier to edit directly in the Site.xml. the <Permissions> section lists all of the configured users and roles, so if you want to delete all of them, you can just select them all and delete them instead of working with them one at a time in Rest Mgr.
