Site Fails to Initialize - Unexpected Token<

I updated the desktop.json.js file to point to my site and now the site fails to initialize due to an unexpected token.  The siteUri entry is:

"siteUri": "http://coacortexdev.coacd.org/AmandaCortexViewer"

I updated all three of the config js files (e.g. tablet, handheld, etc.) with this same URL.  Where did I go wrong?
