Projects not showing

I did a parallel install of Essentials and copied the projects across from the Default to the new install and they're not appearing.

Default is 3.14 and the parallel is 3.15.1.  New projects are able to be saved and it looks like they're still saving in /REST Elements/Sites/Projects.

I can also copy a GVSP out of there and manually open them in 3.15.1 and it's all OK.

Ideas?
