Compare Two Text Values Active Report Scripting

I'm trying to create a script in my Active report that will allow me to compare two incoming text values. For example, if the local mailing address is the same as the owner's mailing address, then the owner's mailing lable would not appear in the report. But if the two address labels are NOT the same,

then they'd both appear in the report.

Does someone have such a scripting sample?
