Sublayer's Associated Table
One of our map services, called Primary Address, has a REST point sublayer called "Address". This sublayer has an associated table called "Amenities".
While viewing the map service in ArcMap and after you identify a feature, you can see the associated table and it's attributes.
After adding the map service to my Essentials site, the sublayer DOES NOT show this associated table, only the attributes from the parent map service.
Should this sublayer's associated table no automatically link to the parent map service?
I've attempted to create a data link and have linked the sublayer's ADDRESSID with the parent map service ADDRESSID (which is the parameter I've established for the data link), but I still have no luck displaying the sublayer's table.

Under layer properties open the relationships tab. You should see your related table there. You may need to make it visible.

Dan,
Besides creating the relationship to the sublayer's table, I also needed to create a datalink between the two.
After I did that, I was able to see the sublayer's attributes.
Thanks for your reply Dan.
