The hyperlink in ArcGIS Desktop and Geocortex,

I’m not sure if there is a way to show the features linked to documents via the “hyperlink” option available in the ArcGIS desktop.

Then how the gocortex can detect the hyperlink set in the ArcGIS Desktop?
