The “Geocortex Essentials Manager” starts with improper interface,

I tried to start the “Geocortex Essentials Manager”, but the interface appears as shown in the screenshots below

What might be the issue here? How can the “Geocortex Essentials Manager” start as usual as in the next screenshot?

  looks like it might not be finding a CSS style sheet.  Have you tried running Fiddler2 when you're loading the site to see if it catches any 404 errors?

  Hello,

  I get the fallowing error massege:/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluLMEAY

  I can't find solution to this problem.

  IIS 7 and .NET 4.5 is running on my PC. No firewall is activated.

  I've reinsalled Geocortex Essentials 3 times, but the result is the same; I get two error messages during the instalaltion that refer to unacceble / unwritable ApplicationHost-config file. The IIS server contans .xap filetype, but not the IIS web browser.
