Our client has requested:

When using the print simple map workflow can we change the wording:

"Your file is ready.  Please click 'Open File' button to open the file.  Click 'Close' to cancel the print operation

with button "Open File" and "Cancel"

to: "Your PDF file will be processed" the Button "Download File" not Open File

  If you're using the Print Map task, I would suspect that the way the dialog is presented to you is encapsulated in the task itself.  I think it would be necessary to build a custom task to avoid it.  

  I did something pretty similar by using and modifying this sample in the Code Gallery: https://support.geocortex.com/using-a-workflow-to-generate-a-multi-layer-report-with-map-1.  If you think about your print as a report and use this method, at the end you can use things like Display Hyperlink and Display Form to get the look you want.  You could then hook up your print button to this workflow instead of the default.
