Home Panel won't open on Launch

In the Look & Feel section of the Silverlight editor there is an option to have the Home Panel open on launch.  I have done this, even checked the xml to ensure the code changed, and yet silverlight always opens with the Home Panel closed.

Am I missing something?

  Try loading the application with the ShowDataFrame parameter in the URL.

  e.g. ../?Viewer=MyViewer&ShowDataFrame=True

  Have you checked the "Open By default" setting of the Data Frame (same window)?
