Map Widgets Config - Display on Click not working
We are currently developing a new site and wondering whether this is a known issue or if anyone else has had an issue with the following:
In Geocortex Essentials - when editing a site, then selecting a current silverlight viewer, the option under Map Tips (on the Map Widgets tab) which is a check box indicating whether you want to enable map tips on click or on hover does not work. It always displays map tips on hover. We have tested this on the following versions:
Geocortex Essentials 3.15.1 and Silverlight 1.10
We are developing a new site - and require the on-click option (rather than hover) but it ignores this option and just displays the map tips on hover (whether it is ticked or not).

Have you checked the Viewer.xml to make sure the setting is being added correctly?

Checked that just now John and it is set correctly.
We spoke to our vender about the issue and after they did a Goto meeting with us they said that it was likely an issue with the VTE from some past development. We gave them our VTE almost two weeks ago now and haven't heard anything back so I don't know if the issue is in the VTE at all.
Any idea where in the VTE we might need to look at for an issue like this?

Our issue ended up being that the configuration mentioned by John was on the incorrect level in the XML so I imagine the module wasn't finding it when it loaded and just used the default value which is hover.
