hyperlinked text fails to be recognized as a hyperlink on some PC's
We have identified 4 or 5 PC's in our work area that do not correctly recognize hyperlinked text within our Essentials provided maps.
The problem appears to be limited to html anchor tags that are provided in the "Feature Long Description" /maptip window.
When a customer's cursor hovers over those links, while viewing a map tip window within the map, no hyperlink is recognized.
This problem is limited to select PC's and use of Internet Explorer. The same problem does not occur while using Chrome on those select PC's.
The problem also does not occur on all hyperlinks provided within the maptip window. Links on the attribute and other tabs are successfully recognized.
Also, we have found that by adjusting the screen resolution down, sometimes all the way to 600 x 800 we can cause part or all of the text to once again, be recognized as hyperlinked.
We have compared the hardware/drivers/IE version/Silverlight Version of the problem PC's with others in our office that do not experience the problem but have not yet been able to idenity anything unique about PC's experiencing the problem.
Has anyone else run into this problem or know of a specific cause?
Since we have only seen this problem occur within Essentials provided maps we are also considering a potential bug in Essentials as the cause. We are currently running Essentials 3.14 but are planning to upgrade to 3.15. Our Silverlight Viewer is 1.9.

I recall that there have been other people who have had this issue. Can you check whether their browser is zoomed to something other than 100%. In IE this is sen in the 'View' menu.

Thank you so much for this information. We have checked two of the affected PC's. Both users had IE viewing settings over 100%. Once they adjusted their IE browser to view at 100% the failure to recognize the hyperlink text was remedied.

I had this same issue with the GVS 1.9. It appears to have been fixed with the GVS 1.10.
