RefreshMap error

Hello,

I have a workflow that the very last command is RefreshMap. When the code runs, I get a "Workflow error - You are not allowed to delete the feature." Has anybody seen this and what is the work-around? The one unusual thing about the layer that I am trying to refresh is that I do not have rights to delete any features on the layer, as designed. I have added the point and it does show up with a zoomin/out. I just can not call RefreshMap.
