Configure Options Missing HTML5 Viewer
In loading our HTML5 2.0 viewer into a site on Essentials Manager 4.0, I no longer have any configuration options for this viewer. The viewer will run with the site, but I don't have any backend ability to modify it via Essentials. I am assuming this is an error?
Any help would be appreciated to correct this.
Thanks,
Brian Sullivan

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the screenshot. There may be useful information in the browser's console as well. To view it, press F12 and open the console view and then reload the page. I'm interested in any error or warning messages there.
After you do that, I suggest clearing your cache, and you can also try loading it in a different browser. We've seen this issue before with IE and usually clearing the cache wipes it out.

Thanks Jason. I haven't tried another browser on this server, but dumping the cache didn't seem to effect the issue. Below is another screen shot with the console messages as I opened the HTML5 viewer. Just as a note the Silverlight viewer configurations tools are all available. Thanks for the help!
