Resolve Coded Domains

I am trying to use the "Resolve Coded Domains" with the "Georortex Services Enhancement Proxy" with ArcGIS service.

I can see the coded domain being resolved in the query result, and the indentify task.

I can see both the Code / Value pair on those result.

And on the query result, I can see both columns (for example: Province State (Code), and Province State)

And I can see both columns in the column list when I do the simple query module

But when I am doing "Query" using the Value , then the query fail, and got the error:

"Unable to execute the last query. Please ensure the where clause represents a valid query"

At the same time I am able to query using the code without problem.

Is there some settings, on the security? on the map service? on anything I am missing?
