Add Labels to Feature Service

How to show labels on feature server layer (ArcGIS Feature Layer) as in a map server layer (ArcGIS Dynamic Map Service)? This is illustrated below with screenshots.

1-Map Server layer (ArcGIS Dynamic Map Service).

2- Checking Display Labels.

4- There is NO “Display labels” option.

  I don't think labelling is possible in Geocortex if you're using a feature server layer.  The Latitude videos about labelling indicate that a dynamic map service is required.
