Hiding the top "banner" in handheld?

I am wondering how to hide the region shown below using a workflow:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e8877EAA

I want to hide it and show it selectively within my workflow, but cannot figure out how to do it.  I'm assuming that I need to "Run External Command" activity, but don't know which command to use.

  OK, after a bit of research, I figured it out:

  Use the "Run External Command" activity and use "DeactivateView" in the Command Name and "ToolbarView" in the Command Parameter.

  That's it!
