Extract Workflow
I am using the extract workflow (sample workflow with the installed files of the Geocortex), I plugged it to the site, but when I run it, in the first step, an empty box appears and a message that asks me to choose the layers that I want to extract, this box can’t be clicked to show the layers list, and nothing can be written in it. In the workflow designer I noticed that in this level the display form of this step has a list box and this list box has an empty task url field. What is the url that will be used in this field, and from can I get it if it is the problem? This is shown below with screen shots, and the tool (.xaml) is attached.

Hani

Hani,
In the workflow you posted, values appearing in that listbox are pulled from the Geoprocessing Task. The DynamicExternal, ForEach<>, and ListToDatatItemList activities preceeding the DisplayForm activity are creating the inputLayers variable which is used to populate ListBox1 on the Display Form activity.
In other words, you need to define the layers you'd like to be "extractable" in the GPServer.

Jay,
Thank you, could you please illustrate how I can define the extractable layers in the GPServer?

Dear Sai,
Thanks a lot, I plugged your workflow in the extract workflow, and it worked well. Now I stopped at the "Extract Setp in the original workflow", I have a display hyperlink that has a Hyperlink URI field, and I don't know how to fill it. How can I find the URl of extracted data used by the GPServer? You can refer to the attached workflow above.

Hani
