Update Apache Proxy and now Geocortex sites no longer work
Hello,
My current setup has ArcGIS and Geocortex on an internal server and these sites/services are being proxied out using Apache on a DMZ server. This is all working fine. But my goal is to upgrade Apache. So on a different DMZ server, I have installed an updated version of Apache and SSL and edited the httpd.conf to allow proxy for Geocortex, Silverlight, and ArcGIS services, as well as the clientaccesspolicy.xml and crossdomain.xml. I have edited the Geocortex\Essentials\REST\Web.config and Geocortex\Essentials\RestManager\Web.config files to point to this new proxy server. But when I test out the new setup, it fails (though i managed to make it work a few times if I wait patiently???). It seems to have a problem accessing the clientaccesspolicy.xml, it hangs or aborts at this point. Also, it hangs/aborts while trying to access "/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/<sitename>?f=json&deep=True&v=3.0"
I have spent considerable amount of time trying to figure this out with no luck. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sharon
