Can't see viewer configurations in Manager

When I configure my site/viewer through Essentials Manager using 4.1.2 and HTML5 2.2, I can't see any of the tools/properties.

If I upgrade a previous version of HTML5 Viewer, I can see them. I can also see the configurations in Silverlight 2.2.

It works fine in IE... Anybody else seeing this behavior?

  Have you tried clearing the cache? If you are in Chrome, you can reload the page with no caching using Ctrl+Shift+R.

  I suggest checking your browser's console for errors or any other pieces of useful information that you can give us. You can access the console in most browsers by pressing F12 and then reloading the page. There will be a console tab and any errors should be called out in red.
