Error Geocortex/IdentityServer
I have a secured site that works fine from the desktop and on an Android phone, but on an iPad, I get an error before the login screen comes up: Server Error in '/Geocortex/IdentityServer' Application
It was working fine, and then this happened... anyone else seen this?

Mike, I've run into this problem on my workstation in the Chrome browser, but the site still loads fine in IE on the same machine. Did you find a solution to it on the iPad? I use both Identity Server and Windows Integrated, and believe I must have last been logged in under Identity Server. I had hoped over the long weekend the session would time out, and that I would be prompted to choose the login type. But no luck on that. Do you have any suggestion?
Thanks,

Justin,
Sorry, no real memory of this. We currently have our sites working on iPads and other browsers, including IE and Chrome. I did not then, but am now using both Windows Integrated and Identity Server. I do find that I personally can get locked out of a site if I logged in as a different user on a different site, and I need to remember which site I was last in and go back in and then Log Out. Then I can use my Windows Integrated to log in. My users do not have access to that many different sites with different log-ins, so they are not affected by this, just me.0 -
hmmmm... thanks Mike. I'd like to log in and log back out as you describe, but I cannot even reach the login page, nor can I load any of the sites in Chrome to try to log out. I can log in only with IE as things stand, but that is of no help in re-enabling Chrome access on this machine. I will open a support case 0 -
I got an email notice today of a reply to this post asking if I found a solution. Strange that I do not see that in this thread. Regardless, I don't recall what solved the problem other than perhaps running Post Install, clicking Configure Geocortex Identity Server, changing nothing, then clicking Finish. It may have been merely the passage of time, though. All I know is I can use Chrome just fine these days, and have been able to for months already. 0 -
Yes, also got an email. Maybe the post was deleted after. You can't remember after just 3 months!? I have the excuse that it was 3 YEARS! LOL 0 -
Mike,
In one of your replies you mentioned that you are now using Windows Integrated and your sites are working on iPads. Are your map services also secured? If they are secured, are you using windows authenticaton there as well?
We have been having problems with secured map services (web tier authentication) on our iPads. They work perfectly on desktops, but some users keep getting mutliple log in prompts when viewing the sties on their iPads. They are getting the prompts after panning or zooming with several map layers turned on. It's been suggested that we migrate the services over to GIS tier and use tokens. I'm curious to know if anyone else is successfuly using IWA map services on their iPads.
Thank you,
Stephanie0
